As an Office Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating office activities and scheduling meetings to keep things on track.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
- Supporting HR onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with document management, filing, and record keeping.
- Facilitating clear and efficient communication across departments.
We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and qualities:

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management tools.

Salary: $41,138 to $46,840 per year
